I teach Yoga and Fitness classes both online and locally, in person.

I've trained and taught within a wide variety of fitness fields. Having this varied background has allowed me to have a much more adaptable and professional way of instructing.

Fitness Training

I teach classes online and in person, Classes online are accessible to everyone anywhere!
Stay safe and keep moving in the comfort of your own home.
Online classes are live via Zoom.

Yoga Flow

Tuesday 18:00 – 19:00 (Mixed level)


In this class we flow through sequences of poses, to energise the body, improve flexibility, strength and balance. 

Gentle Yoga

Thursday 09:30 – 10:30 (Intermediate)

In this class we flow through sequences of poses, to energise the body, improve flexibility, strength and balance.

Yoga for all

Saturday 08:00 – 09:00 (All levels)

A fun free flowing class, to get you set for the weekend. Working on specific areas of the body to improve flexibility and mobility, build up strength and balance. 

Wind down Yoga

Thursday 19:00 – 20:00 (All levels)

A slow paced class, all floor work exercises. Working on deep stretches, to target the ligaments, tendons and joints. Holding stretches from 2-5 minutes. Benefits include reduced injury, quicker recovery time if you do other fitness training, create space in the body and improves sleep. 

Join me on the mat

Wednesday 17:00 – 18:00 (All levels)

A slow paced class, finding ease in the body by doing gentle stretches and mobility exercises. Followed by some relaxation, listening to the breath, to settle the mind.
