Yoga Flow
Thursday 09:30 – 10:30 (Intermediate) at Cooden Beach Tennis Club £8
In this class we flow through sequences of poses, to energise the body, improve flexibility, strength and balance.
Wake Up and Flow Yoga
Saturday 08:00 – 09:00 (All levels) - Online £5
A fun free flowing class, to get you set for the weekend. Working on specific areas of the body to improve flexibility and mobility, build up strength and balance. Recording available
