7 Days of Yin, a mindfulness practice


7 days of Yin is a programme which includes daily 10 minute Yin Yoga sessions, focusing on an intention and pose for the day. Bring in more awareness into your life. Take the pressure off. Slow down, no need to rush and find some calm in what can sometimes feel like a busy life. In the classes we work with affirmations to mentally find inner awareness and to change our thinking patterns. Take your Yoga practice with you wherever you go, finding tools and techniques that you can bring into your life.
