Come along to an afternoon of relaxtion and reset ✨ 

A workshop of calming and recharging 

45 min relaxing Yin styled Yoga class, suitable for all levels 

Followed by 

A guided meditaion and sound bath, taking you to a state of complete calm and relaxtion, letting you lay back and connect with yourself 💖

Saturday 15th April 

2-3.30pm £15.00 

Please bring

- a Yoga mat (spare mats will be provided if needed)

- blanket and anything you need to make yourself extra comfy for relaxtion, cushions etc 

- water 

Please note, not suitable for:

-Anyone with a pacemaker

-Having cancer treatment 

-First trimester of pregnancy
