Alfresco Day Yoga Retreat at Lime Cross Nursery

Arrive at Lime Cross car park at 9:30 am where your host will meet you and show you down to the lake. Please note that there are toilets by the lake, the toilets in the car park are no longer accessible.

Enjoy a freshly brewed coffee or herbal tea, whilst we take you through some admin, including our covid policies.

10:00 am: Take part in an uplifting dynamic yoga lesson. This class can be adapted to suit all levels ensuring that everyone will feel suitably challenged and supported. There will be a maximum of 12 participants in each class to ensure that social distancing is maintained, please bring your own mat if you have one and water with you, we do have mats available that are sanitised after each session.

The class lasts for 1 hour and will be followed with a refreshing fruit spritzer to rehydrate.

11:00 am: Following a wild swimming safety briefing, take the plunge into the crystal-clear lake for an optional invigorating wild swimming session. Warm up in the heavenly wood fired hot tub, (sessions will be limited to 4 people at a time, water is changed every session).

12:30 pm: Having worked up an appetite you will enjoy a delicious, freshly prepared seasonal lunch served by the lake. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.

1:30 pm: Set out on a stroll through the ancient woodland at Lime Cross, discovering history, flora, fauna and alpacas. Discover the newly planted 'Secret Vineyard', and conifer nursery.

2:45 pm: Finish the day with homemade cake and glass of 'The Secret Vineyard' sparkling wine or Lime Cross Orchard Apple Juice.

3:30 pm finish.
