Join me for this cosy evening to slow down and enjoy the Christmas season.
You will be welcomed with mulled Wine, tea, hot chocolate, then Maryann will guide you through a relaxing Yoga session followed by a meditation and relaxtion. We will finish with a catch up and festive treats.
