Join me for a mini afternoon retreat at Lime Cross Nursery in Herstmonceux.
The Schedule for the Day:
1:00 pm am arrival at Lime Cross Nursery
1:00 pm- 1:15 pm- meet and greet, teas and coffees and checking for any ailments, relevant health information.
1:15 pm – Lake side yoga class.
2:15 pm - Wild Swimming briefing and refreshing apple juice spritz and granola cookie.
2:20 pm- Take the plunge into the crystal-clear lake, feel invigorated and refreshed and then warm up in the wood fired hot tub!
3:30 pm finish the day with two tasting size pours of ‘The Secret Vineyard’ white & rosé and homemade cake
3:30 pm departure
