A workshop representing and working with the heart chakra.
Yoga and sound healing to help unblock any past hurt and upset. Allow yourself to be open to love, self love and acceptance.
Enjoy some well deserved time set aside for yourself, to focus on yourself. Relax and soak up the benefits of a nourishing self love Yoga practice, followed by a guided heart chakra sound bath.
Suitable for all levels.
