Join me for this cosy evening to slow down and enjoy the Christmas season.
You will be welcomed with mulled Wine, tea, hot chocolate, then Maryann will guide you through a relaxing Yin Yoga session followed by a guided festive meditation. We will finish with a catch up and festive treats.
This a lovely way to relax, wind down and enjoy the Christmas season.
