Mini Yoga Retreat at Lime Cross Nursery

Join me for a mini afternoon retreat at Lime Cross Nursery in Herstmonceux. 

After running through some admin, including our covid policy, you will take part in an hour-long yoga class  1:30- 2:30 pm. The class will be uplifting and energising at the same time as accommodating everyone’s capabilities.

The yoga class will finish with a refreshing fruit spritzer to rehydrate.

2:45 pm: Following a wild swimming safety briefing, take the plunge into the crystal-clear lake for an optional invigorating wild swimming session. Warm up in the heavenly wood fired hot tub, (sessions will be limited to 4 people at a time, water is changed every session).

3:45 pm: End the afternoon with a glass of sparkling wine from ‘The Secret Vineyard’ or Lime Cross Orchard Apple Juice and home-made cake tasting board.
