Enjoy a relaxing nourishing Sunday morning with me in the beautiful Dome at Lime Cross Nursery.
75 minutes of Yoga to stretch and strengthen and then time to enjoy some coffee and cake.
A great way to spend your Sunday morning.
This Yoga session will be all about tuning deeper into your amazing body, working on your range of movement and stability with some hands on adjustments. I will also guide you through some breathing work to help you relax. Suitable for all levels and have taken part in Yoga classes before.
