The Schedule for the Day:
11:00am: Arrival at Lime Cross Nursery and meet & greet
11:15 am: Take part in an uplifting dynamic yoga lesson. This class can be adapted to suit all levels ensuring that everyone will feel suitably challenged and supported.
12:15pm: Wild Swimming briefing and refreshing apple juice spritz and granola cookie.
12:20pm: Take the plunge into the crystal-clear lake, feel invigorated and refreshed and then warm up in the wood fired hot tub!
