YOGA FLOW

GENTLE YOGA

Tuesdays 18:00-19:00 (Mixed Level)


In this class we flow through sequences of poses, to energise the body, improve flexibility, strength and balance. 

Wednesdays 17:00-18:00 (Beginners)

A slow paced class, finding ease in the body by doing gentle stretches and mobility exercises. Followed by some relaxation, listening to the breath, to settle the mind. 

YOGA FLOW

Thursdays 09:30-10:30

at Cooden Beach Tennis Club (Intermediate)

In this class we flow through sequences of poses, to energise the body, improve flexibility, strength and balance. 

WIND DOWN YOGA

Thursdays 19:00-20:00 (All levels)

A slow paced class, all floor work exercises. Working on deep stretches, to target the ligaments, tendons and joints. Holding stretches from 2-5 minutes. Benefits include reduced injury, quicker recovery time if you do other fitness training, create space in the body and improves sleep. 

WAKE UP AND FLOW YOGA

Saturdays 08:00-09:00 (All levels)

A fun free flowing class, to get you set for the weekend. Working on specific areas of the body to improve flexibility and mobility, build up strength and balance.
